В навечерието на Световния ден на потребителите компанията отчита повишен интерес към дигиталните услуги
Клиентите на Електрохолд Продажби вече могат да плащат сметките си за електроенергия през виртуалния POS терминал на уебсайта на компанията без регистрация.
За целта е нужно единствено въвеждане на клиентски номер, като след плащането клиентите имат възможност да свалят разписка от извършената трансакция. Ако потребителите искат да запазят въведените данни за следващо плащане, е необходимо да предоставят имейл и телефонен номер. На посочения електронен адрес ще получат и разписката за платените вече фактури.
Електрохолд Продажби въведе възможността за онлайн плащане през септември 2023 г. До момента от услугата можеха да се възползват само клиентите, регистрирани за електронна фактура. Интересът към тази опция постоянно нараства и вече близо 10 000 плащания месечно се извършват през виртуалния POS терминал на сайта www.electrohold.bg/vpos.
С виртуалния POS терминал услугите на доставчика на електроенергия – Електрохолд Продажби, вече са напълно дигитализирани.
Анализът на Електрохолд показва, че през последните години устойчиво нараства делът на клиентите, които предпочитат възможностите на онлайн услугите, предоставяни от компанията.
През миналата година в платформата за електронни услуги на Електрохолд Продажби са се регистрирали близо 15 000 потребители, а в тази на ЕРМ Запад над 10 000. За една година на потребителските имейли [email protected] и [email protected] са обработени над 51 000 запитвания, заявления и сигнали от клиенти на дружествата, като на 98% от тях е отговорено до 24 часа от получаването им.
Над 207 000 са регистрациите за използване на sms-услугите за известяване преди прекъсване на електрозахранването. През 2023 г. на информационната линия 0700 10 010 са приети над 780 000 обаждания от клиенти.
В Електрохолд функционират две уникални звена за защита на интересите на потребителите – Енергиен омбудсман и Потребителски съвет. През 2023 г. получените и разгледани от тях специфични сигнали са над 700.
