Той ще заема поста до провеждането на конкурс за избиране на постоянен директор, след като неговия предшественик Емил Гелов бе уволнен, заради организирането на тържество в деня на национален траур за загиналите в Хитрино.
Юлиан Будаков е роден на 8 септември 1974 година. Висшето си образование е завършил в Лесотехнически университет – София, специалност „Горско стопанство”. През последните 5 години е работил като експерт по лова в РДГ – Шумен.
